Childbirth Education
My childbirth education classes offer a warm, intimate setting where expectant parents can learn together. Birth preparation is about so much more than head knowledge. My classes combine a faith-based and evidence-based approach to help you understand how birth works, discover practical tools for labor, and connect with your God-given intuition—so you can approach birth feeling prepared and confident. $400· Five 2-hour classes

Private & Personalized
Private Childbirth Education
For couples who prefer a more personal setting, private childbirth education brings the essential preparation of my group course into your home. We’ll spend two private sessions preparing for labor and birth, with plenty of time for questions and conversation along the way. $250 · Two 2-hour private classes

Birth Planning Consultation
A dedicated session in a safe place to ask questions and talk through your options. This private one-hour consultation gives you space to explore your birth setting preferences, concerns, and the choices available to you. I’ll share what I’ve learned through years of birth work, answer your questions, and help you feel informed and confident as you make the decisions that are right for your family. $50 · One-hour private consultation

Continuous Labor Support
Birth Doula Support
Birth is something you and your partner experience together. My role is not to replace your partner, but to support both of you with steady, experienced guidance throughout labor and birth. It can include moving you into new positions or offering comfort measures. It often means encouraging you, praying over you, or simply being present with you. My desire is for both of you to feel supported emotionally and physically and feel confident as you welcome your baby. Birth Doula Package · $2,000
What to expect
- Two prenatal visits to build relationship and prepare your birth plan together
- Personalized childbirth education and emotional preparation as needed
- Unlimited access beginning at 37 weeks until your baby arrives
- Continuous in-person support throughout active labor and birth
- Emotional encouragement and advocacy for your birth vision
- A postpartum visit within 5 days to process your birth and support your transition
